A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and date. The remaining balance must be paid 5 days before collection. Orders with unpaid balances may be cancelled.

Local delivery within Catford may be available for a small fee depending on availability. Outside of Catford, delivery can be arranged with our drivers at an additional cost for all cupcake/cookie or celebration cake orders. On site delivery and set up is done by EssBakes for all wedding cakes/tiered cakes or dessert table set up.

Standard collection times are: • 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM • 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM Alternative collection times may be available upon request and must be arranged before booking.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially for weddings and weekend celebrations. A minimum notice period may apply depending on the design requested. For wedding cakes we recommend a minimum of two months, but you can secure your date upto 6 months in advance.

Yes. All of our cakes and baked goods are halal and made using halal-friendly ingredients. We do not use alcohol, pork, or non-halal gelatine in our products.
