How to Return a Hired Item

Step 1)

Please ensure all spacers are kept safe once the cake has been served.
We strongly recommend informing the venue manager or catering team to prevent them from being accidentally discarded.

Step 2)

All spacers must be collected and gently wiped with a damp cloth or tissue.
Handwashing or dishwashing is strictly prohibited, as this can cause scratches and may lead to loss of the deposit.

Step 3)

Each spacer will be provided in its own postage box.
A pre-paid return label will be included, and the clean spacer must be carefully placed back into the box for return.

Step 4)

Please ensure the parcel is dropped off at your local post office.
This process takes less than 10 minutes.
During peak wedding seasons, it is important to arrange for a trusted family member or friend to complete this on your behalf if needed.

Step 5)

Once posted, spacers should ideally be returned via post within 5 days.
Upon receival, each item will be inspected for dents, excessive scratches, or any visible damage.

If the spacer is returned in good condition, your security deposit will be refunded within 1–2 days.
A screenshot of the payment confirmation will also be sent to you.
