Classic Cake Taster Box

Our taster boxes are made to order in limited batches. Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, your space is reserved and ingredients, packaging and preparation are allocated specifically for your order.

For this reason, all taster box orders are non refundable. This includes: A change of mind after your order has been placed.

Cancelling your order after payment has been made.

Failing to collect your taster box at the agreed collection time/day

Not liking one or more of the flavours after tasting them, as taste is personal and subjective.

If you’re no longer able to collect your taster box on the agreed date, please get in touch as soon as possible. Due to the nature of freshly baked goods, taster boxes are held for up to 48 hours from the original collection date Beyond this frame, any missed collection items will be disposed, with no refund available.

Where preparation has not yet begun, at discretion may offer to transfer your order to a future taster box release, subject to availability. This is offered as a gesture of goodwill and cannot be guaranteed.

If EssBakes is unable to fulfil your taster box order for any reason, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, the option to transfer your order to the next available taster box release.
